Project description: Office Fit Out
Computershare commissioned BBI, a business partner of Farrell, to supply and fit office furniture for their London offices. Farrell’s Partners system was seen as the perfect choice for the project. Computershare specified the furniture in beech veneer with silver legs and screen frames. The strength of the system lies in its sophisticated simplicity.
The comprehensive wire management in the Partners range supports all the power and CAT 6 data installations. Chris Llewellin, Senior Facilities Manager for Computershare, travelled over to Ireland during the early stages of the project to advise on modifications to the final product design. Storage systems match the furniture and, specified not more than 60 inches in height, help to maintain the open plan feel.
The boardroom and conference facilities, which overlook the Thames, are finished in a complimentary colour scheme. An impressive media wall in beech veneer, boasts a 1500mm screen with multi-media rear projector and 'printable' white boards. All elements are controlled, together with the lighting and audio system, from a wireless remote control.
